Ingredients:<\/h4>\n

\u00bd lb ground beef
\n1\/2 onion, chopped
\n\u00bd green bell pepper, chopped
\n\u00bc cup Mrs. Grissom\u2019s pimento cheese spread, plus more for topping
\n30 mini phyllo, pre-cooked shells
\n1 green onion, chopped, optional<\/p>\n

Directions:<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.<\/li>\n
  2. Cook and drain the ground beef.<\/li>\n
  3. Add onion and bell pepper, cook until softened.<\/li>\n
  4. Add pimento cheese and stir until well-blended.<\/li>\n
  5. Fill cups with 1 \u2013 1 \u00bd Tbsp of filling.<\/li>\n
  6. Place on a cookie sheet and cook 8 \u2013 10 minutes.<\/li>\n
  7. Top with a dollop of pimento cheese and green onion, if desired.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
