Ingredients:
(1) lb ground beef ½ cup Mrs. Grissom’s Pimento Cheese Spread, plus more for topping 1 egg ½ cup breadcrumbs Plain potato chips (optional) (24) slider rollsDirections:
- Mix meat with other ingredients.
- Scoop out meat mixture in ¼ cup balls and flatten to make slider patties.
- Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, until desired doneness.
- Let drain on a paper towel, then place on rolls of your choice.
- Top each burger with a dollop of pimento cheese and a potato chip (for a crunch with every bite) if desired.
